I discovered yoga by chance, but from my very first class, I felt an internal dance between challenge and surrender. Yoga awakened a deep connection between my body and mind, showing me that I have the power to cultivate inner peace, strength, and resilience. I knew then—I wanted to help others feel this good too.

With over 500 hours of training, I’ve studied under Amy Sullivan and Pete Guinosso, shaping my teaching into a blend of playfulness, mindfulness, and self-discovery. My classes invite you to move with intention, listen to your body, and embrace your own unique practice.
